Now and Then

Metallicat Silver Moth, aka Monty

Our kitten Moth as he was, and now in his new home.

DoB    20th August 2006
Son of         UK Gr.Ch. Sargenta Silver Montaego x
                      Ch. Alorac Pollycinders

Monty now lives with Rachel, James, brother Hector and nephew Octavius in West Sussex
"We are now sat at home with a kitten on each lap and they don't have a care in the world. They
really are gorgeous!!! The drive home was no problem for the cats as they just sat there and fell asleep.
On arrival to their new home they cautiously explored the lounge and then surrounding rooms.
Now they run around as if they have lived here all their lives. We can't believe what little characters they
are!! They play non-stop and then completely flake out on someone or each other. We are so happy that
they get on so well as they love to cuddle and play together. Thanks for everything and all the lovely
goodies. The sparkly toy was certainly very much appreciated! We had no idea that they could jump
so high! Hope you enjoy the photos!

It has been such an out standing service the way you have kept us updated with photos and news.
You’ve been really great."

After 3 years. Moth went missing for 10 weeks. After much searching and banging on doors, the
owners had almost given up hope of ever seeing him again. They had a call and due to his microchip,
he was reunited with Rachel and James. He had been found 10 miles away. Moth was very thin and
had a broken ankle but was really pleased to see his owners and his brother again.
After 3 years and 6 months. "Great news is that Monty (Moth) seems to be moving about well. We've
had another consultation up in Godalming and they thought that we might be OK to leave operating! We're going back up in the beginning of March to do another assessment to see if hes built up any more muscle tissue.

He seems great - always purring and wanting a cuddle. He doesn't go far outside anymore. Guess he must remember what hes been through! Looking great as you can see though! "
